What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality urgent care services in alignment with clinical guidelines and Washington regulations Create a welcoming, supportive environment for patients and families Collaborate closely with medical assistants, radiology, and front-office staff to ensure efficient patient flow Provide accessible, non-emergency care that helps patients avoid unnecessary ER visits What We’re Looking For Active and unrestricted Washington and Oregon NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain) - To work occassionaly in Hermiston, Oregon DEA license or willingness to obtain and DOT Certificiation Strong knowledge of diagnostics, treatment protocols, and medication management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude A genuine passion for patient-centered care
