Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Medical team.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides quality clinical consultation and support for patients experiencing psychosocial concerns while working in collaboration with the integrated primary care team. This role supports both adult and pediatric patients by providing behavioral health interventions, clinical guidance, patient education, and care coordination within a primary care setting.
This position plays an important role in helping patients address behavioral health needs, manage stressors, navigate care, and improve overall wellness through accessible and patient-centered support.

Please note that the employee’s initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule of the position. All new hires, including part-time employees, must be available for up to 40 hours of in-person, on-site training during their first week. Additional mandatory training may continue for approximately two to three weeks, depending on the position and training requirements. Training may take place at a TFHC location other than the employee’s assigned work location.
Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work or Psychology and a current, unencumbered license to practice in Florida. Candidates must have Basic Life Support certification and a minimum of two years of experience as a therapist.
