Market context

Per diem MRI roles stay competitive

In New Jersey, MRI technologist openings are often competitive because hospitals need candidates who already hold ARRT or ARMRIT credentials and can move quickly into advanced MRI registry requirements. Per diem day-shift roles can appeal to technologists seeking schedule flexibility, while benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, sick leave, dental insurance, and life insurance may help offset the variable hours. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your ARRT/ARMRIT status, BLS timeline, and prior technologist experience before applying.
