Full-Time Companion / Direct Support Professional (40 Hours Guaranteed)
Breakthroughs LLC is seeking a reliable and flexible Caregiver/Companion to join our growing team in the Land O' Lakes and surrounding areas.
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Staff will be assigned to multiple consumers to create a consistent weekly schedule. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting multiple individuals throughout the week.
Provide companionship and community-based support Provide In-home support Assist consumers with daily living activities and community outings Promote independence, safety, and engagement Maintain accurate documentation and communication
Valid Florida driver's license Reliable vehicle with current Insurance and registration Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain) Ability to work with multiple consumers in Land O' Lakes & surrounding areas Strong communication and reliability Basic computer skills
Service Areas: Lutz, Land O' Lakes, and Wesley Chapel
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (schedule built from assigned consumer shift )
