What You'll Be Doing: Become a trusted companion to our residents by providing compassionate personal care assistance—think of yourself as their go-to helper for daily activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing Keep our residents comfortable and happy by helping them move around safely, whether that's assisting with walking, transfers, or positioning Be the friendly face that makes a difference—chat with residents, listen to their stories, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day Support our nursing team by taking vital signs, reporting changes in resident conditions, and keeping detailed records (we'll train you on all of this!) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident rooms and common areas—because a tidy space is a happy space Jump in as a team player by helping with meal service, laundry, and other tasks that keep our community running smoothly Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights—your quick response makes all the difference in their day Respect resident privacy and dignity in everything you do—it's at the heart of what we do here
