Provide chairside support to dentists during procedures and manage patient comfort and safety. Maintain a sterile environment, capture X-rays, and handle patient records and scheduling.

We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, good people skills, and great communication. You must have a dedicated work ethic, be punctual, able to multitask, and have dental experience. We are looking for someone that takes initiative and is open and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort. Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment. X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols. Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options. Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems. Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols. Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments.

Collaboration

Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.

Qualifications

Must have current CPR Certification Must have Coronal Polishing Certification X-ray certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling. Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards. A compassionate approach to patient care and comfort. Requirements
