About the role

Provide medical assistance within a clinic setting at the UW Health Belvidere Clinic. Support healthcare providers and patients during varying 8-hour shifts.

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday-Friday varying 8-hour shifts between 7

00am-7:00pm, you will work at UW Health Belvidere Clinic 1700 Henry Luckow Ln.

Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime: On-call pay

Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program or have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
  • Work Experience
  • At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred
  • Computer experience. Required
  • Licenses & Certifications
  • RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required
  • Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
  • Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required

Requirements

Requires a degree from an accredited Medical Assistant program or 2 years of relevant experience, along with a high school diploma. Must hold and maintain RMA, AAMA, CCMA, or NCCT certification and a bi-annual CPR certification.
