We are seeking dedicated and clinically sound RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination. 🎓 Qualifications
Active Florida RN or LPN license (Compact License accepted) Current CPR certification (BLS) Level 2 background screening (AHCA-compliant) TB screening and physical (within past 6 months) Experience in Medicare-certified home health strongly preferred Familiarity with EMRs (e.g., Axxess) and knowledge of PDGM & OASIS for RNs Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management Reliable transportation and commitment to punctual, professional care.
