As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation.

  • Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. 2 evening shifts of 11am-7pm. No weekends or holidays.

Experience: Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting

Education

1. Graduate of a physical therapy program is required. 2. BS required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

1. Current PA Physical Therapy license. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire. 3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).

Requirements

Requires a degree from a physical therapy program, a bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate preferred), and a current PA Physical Therapy license. Must hold a provider BLS certification and a valid driver's license with an insured automobile.
