Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: $620,000 annually with 8 weeks PTO $100K Sign-On Bonus Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability | Malpractice 401(k) | Flexible spending accounts CME - Up to $3,000 Practice Environment: Work half the year at the hospital 1 in 3 weekday remote call for O.R. & OB, rarely called in, post-call day off | In hospital 50% of the time 12 full weekends a year 4 ORs + 1 GI + OB 109 beds | Community hospital 4 ORs start 7 am, only 1 late room until 5p daily 5,100 cases per year Case mix: B&B, GEN, Ortho, GI and minimal OB Medical direction model supervising 4 CRNAs
