The therapist is responsible for evaluating clients, constructing diagnoses, and maintaining treatment plans and documentation. They will provide high-quality customer service and collaborate with a team to expand mental health access in the community.

What we are looking for

Full-Time status clinicians who maintain a caseload of a target of 25 client visits per week A Clinician who is driven to make connections in the community in order to build a caseload full of their ideal clients Someone who is enthusiastic about working with other therapists in a supportive environment A Clinician who is open to working with all ages

Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.

Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications and Skills: Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field in Georgia Candidates should have associate, clinical licensure, or be on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia Required experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health.

Requirements
