We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapeutic interventions that help residents improve function, independence, and quality of life.

Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with a current South Carolina COTA license. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care and proficiency with PointClickCare or Casamba is preferred.
