Hiring Range

$115,000.00 - 150,000.00

Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance.

Overview / Role Summary

Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a Full-Time Urology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Urology Specialists on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of experienced urology providers delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in both outpatient and procedural settings.

Responsibilities: · Provide comprehensive urologic care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

· Perform and assist with urologic procedures within scope of practice

· Manage acute and chronic urologic conditions in both clinic and hospital settings

· Conduct patient education, counseling, and follow-up care

· Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioners
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current or eligible Virginia Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
  • National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
  • Physician Assistants
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current or eligible Virginia Physician Assistant license
  • National certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Licensure & Regulatory Requirements
  • Eligible for Virginia licensure at time of hire
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred, based on practice setting
