We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to help residents achieve their highest level of mobility, function, and independence.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current South Carolina Physical Therapist license. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care and proficiency with Casamba and PointClickCare are preferred.
