The nurse will provide direct patient care, including chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and IV medication infusions within the Neuro-Oncology clinic. They are responsible for coordinating patient care plans, delegating tasks, and educating patients and families.
This nurse will join the team of nurses in the Gill Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders Clinic setting, with a primary focus on Neuro-Oncology. Responsibilities include direct patient care in providing chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and various other IV medication infusions in addition to coordinating outpatient care. Clinic is open Monday-Friday, closed holidays.

Candidates must have a BSN in Nursing and at least one year of registered nursing experience, with pediatric hematology oncology experience strongly preferred. Essential certifications include BLS, ACLS, NRP, PACES, and PALS, along with a current Texas nursing license.
