About the Role

Are you a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Appalachian Community Services (ACS), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking Licensed or License-Eligible Outpatient Therapists to join our team. With Outpatient Centers in Murphy, Hayesville, Bryson City, Robbinsville, Franklin, and Waynesville, we provide comprehensive behavioral health services across the seven western counties of North Carolina. Outpatient services play a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess client needs, make referrals, and coordinate care. Provide clinical psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families. Work with diverse age groups and acuity levels, with opportunities to lead clinical teams and provide supervision, if desired. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. It is not intended to include every duty or responsibility that may be required of employees in this position. Compensation This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position. $54,373 - $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. Eligible candidates must possess, or be eligible for, one of the following licenses in North Carolina: LCSWA, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT, etc., and be in good standing. Requirements
