Anesthesia Care Team Practice Established practice serving the Sioux City community Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community Full-time position, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
Experience and proficiency with: trauma, vascular, neuro cases High acuity patients (ASA III & IV) Comfortable working with CRNAs and Resident Registered Nurse Anesthestists in a supervision model as well as doing own cases if needed 24/7 call coverage/ shared call model In hospital cases: general surgery, trauma, neuro, vascular, interventional cardiology/EP, urology, healthy pediatrics Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
