Conduct therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals Reviews cases to assure quality of care and constantly seeks ways to improve internal and external customer satisfaction Collaborate with consulting physician and treatment team in the formation of comprehensive treatment plans and discharge plans Completes assessments, progress notes, group notes and treatment plan updates in accordance with chartingpolicy and procedures Job Requirements Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work Must have an active license in state of practice - NE: PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP BLS (Basic Life Support) required
Requires a high school diploma, completion of an approved Surgical Technician program, and BLS certification. Candidates must hold certification from NBSTSA or NCCT, with one year of surgical experience preferred.
