Ideal candidate will be an experienced Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Provider, who will operate in an office/hospital setting and be responsible for caring for patients age 18 years and older who have cardiovascular conditions. The primary focus of the Advanced Practice Provider is seeing patients for regular follow-up visits in the ambulatory setting, as well as seeing patients in the acute setting. Candidate will also have desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve.
Current State of Indiana Physician Assistant Licensure required.
Current Certification from National Certification Commission for Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or other agency recognized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) required.
Degree from an ARC-PA (or predecessor) accredited PA Program required
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Current State of Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) / Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Licensure required.
Current Nurse Practitioner Certification from a national certifying organization Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner educational program.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
