About Us Florence Home is a well-established Long Term Care Nursing Home in Omaha's Historic Florence Community.
We focus on the individual needs and choices of each resident though our concept of Person-Centered Living to create a home-like environment and team atmosphere.
Our work environment includes: Personal and Professional growth opportunities Regular social events Hours: 2:00pm - 10:15pm M-F, rotating weekends Our Bath Aide/CNA's will: Make our residents feel at home by treating them with patience and sensitivity Provide excellent resident care as directed by care plans Ensure resident safety by identifying risks and taking steps to prevent accidents and falls Welcome new residents to their home and assist them in becoming familiar with their routine Provide a bath/shower for each resident.
Must have previous bath aide experience.
