As a Med Aide, the primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents following company regulatory guidelines and under the direction of a licensed nurse. Other tasks include maintaining proper care records, reporting any changes in residents’ conditions, and interacting with internal and external customers in a professional manner, ensuring that resident safety and satisfaction remain a priority.
