Unlike traditional home care positions that involve traveling between multiple clients, this role allows you to focus on providing exceptional care for one individual in a stable, supportive environment. We are also offering a compensation agreement that allows for quick advancement from the starting hourly wage of $25/hour.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available

What You’ll Do Provide hands-on support to help client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home Support safe movement, transfers, and general ambulation as needed Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and help maintain a clean, safe home environment Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and engage client in meaningful activities such as conversation, games, reading, or hobbies Offer transportation to appointments or errands when appropriate Provide medication under supervision of a nurse Observe and document changes in condition, and communicate updates or concerns to the care team
1+ year of caregiving experience (professional required) or current/active CNA certification 1-2 positive references Experience assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, transfers, etc.) strongly preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Dependable, punctual, and able to follow a care plan Professional, respectful, and able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team Apply today to learn more about joining the Crossroads team.
