Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation - Med/Surg (Nights) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation - Med/Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, VT. Contract Details 12hr NIGHTS; 36hr guarantee Start Date: 8/3/2026 Contract: 13 Weeks Location: Windsor, VT Hourly Pay: $ 29.70 Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $ 2047.90 Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed On Call Requirements: TBD EMR: Cerner Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5 Average daily patient census: 22 Traveler Policy: Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need. 8hrs non-billable orientation *

Minimum Requirements: Must have 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg MUST be willing to float to other units as needed (within scope of practice) CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED] Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - [Required] BSN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing [Strongly Preferred] New Hampshire RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile Must have and maintain current Active American Heart Association ACLS Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
