Repsonsbilities: The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization. Manage and monitor full patient cycle: perform an initial evaluation, establish a treatment plan, progress treatment and goals, communicate to physician, discharge, and follow-up. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Minimum Salary/Wage USD $94,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary/Wage USD $114,000.00/Yr.
