Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to drive exceptional patient outcomes. Promote and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and caregivers. Consult with leadership when additional support is needed to ensure timely, safe, and effective patient care. 🤝 Deliver Exceptional Patient Care Perform comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment findings. Establish measurable goals and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Implement evidence-based interventions and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. Current Occupational Therapy (OT) License through the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners (LSBME)

Requirements

Must possess a current Occupational Therapy license from the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. A current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is also required.
