Your Role as a Dental Assistant

  • Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures including implant placement, grafting, and deep cleanings
  • Ensure sterilization, operatory setup, and adherence to infection control protocols
  • Take and process digital radiographs and support imaging needs
  • Educate patients on procedures and post-op care for better outcomes
  • Keep treatment areas stocked, organized, and documentation up to date
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality chairside care and patient comfort

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Graduate of a dental assisting program (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in a dental assistant role, ideally in a surgical or periodontal environment
  • Current CPR and radiology certification (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient care
  • Reliable, professional, and eager to be part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate

  • $25-26/hour
  • 8 Paid Holidays + 3 Weeks PTO (for full-time)
