Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Job Summary and Responsibilities Qualified external applicants with at least 24 months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus!

Level 3 Enterprise Float Pool Pay and Benefits: Base rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah) For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change.
