Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and risk screenings for individuals seeking behavioral health services. Coordinate care transitions with therapists and medical providers while maintaining confidential electronic health records.
As our Intake Clinician, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help—often during moments of vulnerability and uncertainty.
Your ability to listen, assess needs accurately, and connect clients with the right services will set the tone for their entire care experience.

Responsibilities and Duties Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and diagnostic screenings.
Collaborate with clients to identify immediate needs and appropriate treatment pathways.
Coordinate with therapists, case managers, and medical providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in our electronic health record system.
Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary, using trauma-informed approaches.
Educate clients and families about available resources, treatment options, and next steps.
Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for all patients and visitors.
Schedule will cover shifts for planned vacations and unexpected callouts.
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
Current Nevada State clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Clinical Intern, or equivalent licensure) preferred.
Experience conducting clinical assessments in a behavioral health, hospital, or community setting.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and communicate with empathy.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to deal with crisis and potentially combative patients.
