Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients using various modalities and data-driven treatment plans. Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations while collaborating with other providers.

  • Earn a clinical rate $58.50/hour (including mandatory training) and an administrative rate (including no shows/late cancellations) of $17.50/hour as a Connecticut resident with semi-monthly pay. If based out-of-state clinical rates will range between $58.50 - $85.

About the Role

  • Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
  • Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week
  • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
  • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations

Requirements

  • Licensed in Connecticut as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
  • At least six months of teletherapy experience
  • Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
  • Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support
  • Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
  • Willingness to be trained in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for diagnostic evaluation
  • Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
