About the role

The nurse will manage detox treatment plans, administer medications, and monitor client health status in a behavioral health setting. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maintain regulatory documentation standards.

6:00am - 6:30pm | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

At Wood Violet Recovery (WVR), our nurses play a vital role in helping individuals through detox, stabilization, and the early stages of recovery. As a member of our day shift team, you'll work alongside providers, therapists, case managers, and behavioral health staff in a collaborative environment where communication is open, leadership is accessible, and every team member is valued.

Schedule • 6

  • 00am-6:30pm
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Full-time schedule averaging 36 hours per week
  • Compensation (Based on Licensure & Experience) We believe in transparent, fair compensation based on licensure level and clinical experience:
  • LPN: $32 - $37/hour
  • RN: $42 - $47/hour
  • $5,000 retention bonus (paid at 90 days and 6 months)

  • What You’ll Do
  • Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
  • Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits
  • Administer medications and document accurately
  • Process labs and communicate results to providers and the care team
  • Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion
  • Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols
  • Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
  • Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards
  • Track and manage medical supplies

What You’ll Bring
