The Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides acute and urgent care, including diagnosing and treating patients and performing minor medical procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining patient records, coordinating specialist referrals, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

A Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients on an acute, urgent care basis. This includes maintaining individual patient records, performing medical examinations and prescribing medications as well as dealing with acute or specialized medical issues.
The responsibilities listed above are not all-inclusive; other activities may be required in support of the facilities goals and objectives.
Hours: Full- Time with varying schedule including some holidays and weekends, 66hrs per pay period
Pay Rate: Pay ranges from $90,000 to $120,000/year (rate of pay is based on applicable years of experience)
