Hourly Pay Range

$38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

  • Position: Physical Therapist
  • Location: 24600 W 127th Street, Plainfield, IL
  • Part-Time, 20 hours weekly
  • Hours: Monday & Wednesdays 11am to 7pm (7pm close required). Fridays 12-4pm. Some flexibility with these hours.

We accomplish this by utilizing our many specialized therapists who teach at local universities.

They provide mentorship within our residency and fellowship programs.

While our primary population of patients is orthopedic physical therapy, we also offer Occupational and Speech services.

We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.

What you will do

Provides direct physical therapy services to patients.

Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill, as evidenced by the completion of comprehensive and insightful evaluations, and the development of individualized and effective treatment plans designed to achieve precise, functional goals.

Evaluates patient’s physical and functional status and plans and implements therapeutic programs that include prevention, identification, correction and alleviation of acute or prolonged movement dysfunction of an anatomic or physiologic origin.

Uses excellent communication skills to educate patients and engage them in their own care.

Stays updated regarding developments, new techniques, and equipment in the field of physical therapy.

Maintains a well-rounded knowledge base, and clinical reasoning skills to consistently achieve expected clinical outcomes.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Preferred: Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure
  • A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an offsite location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
  • As a Physical Therapist II - minimum of 2 years work experience required
