  • California Occupational Therapist License (Vendor Managed)
  • Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Pay Range

$49.91- $61.66

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid state license. Candidates must have experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care, with BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
