Market context

Ohio ASC surgical tech roles stay competitive

Ohio ambulatory surgery centers often seek surgical technologists who can support fast-paced, same-day procedures and maintain sterile technique. This role is competitive because employers typically want prior surgical experience, current BLS, and prefer Surgical Technologist certification; benefits like health, dental, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off can also matter. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here, then confirm your certification status and highlight any ASC or OR experience in your application.
