About the role

Provide person-centered services and supportive counseling to adults in a mental health residential program. Assist residents with life skills development, implement individualized service plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Schedule: Full-Time;
  • Monday through
  • Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm,

What You'll Do

Provide person-Centered services in accordance with recovery model principles and program standards.

Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-Care, medication management, and community living skills.

Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.

Develop and implement individualized service plans.

Connect residents with community resources and support services.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.

  • What We're Looking For
  • Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
  • Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver’s License.
