Responsibilities may include: Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities Offering medication reminders Preparing meals and assisting with basic nutrition Performing light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and general tidying Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Following each client’s individualized care plan Observing and documenting changes in clients’ conditions and communicating concerns to the nursing team Maintaining open communication with clients, family members, supervisors, and fellow caregivers Accurately completing timesheets and documenting services provided If you’re compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others, we’d love to welcome you to the Right at Home family.
