In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of health conditions, ensuring comprehensive care coordination with medical and social services. You will also participate in community outreach events to support our mission of delivering accessible healthcare.
What You Will Do
Provide primary care services under established medical protocols.
Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based practices.
Prescribe medications in consultation with the Medical Director as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Participate in community health fairs and outreach events 3-4 times a year.
Deliver age-appropriate care, primarily for adults (18-65) and geriatric patients (65+), with potential to serve pediatric patients.

Requires graduation from an NLN-approved MSN Nurse Practitioner program or a certified NP program with three years of experience. A Georgia RN license is mandatory, with a preference for experience working with diverse and underserved populations.
