CNA Training Class Eligibility Requirements Must Be 16 years old or older. Successfully pass the English, Reading and Math Competency Test. Must Pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen. A passion for caring for people. Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel.
