Your Core Work:· Verify multidose medication cards with full-color MARs using AI assisted technology· Clinical consultations with prescribers, nurses, and direct support professionals· Medication therapy management and drug interaction reviews· Administer long-acting injectables injections· Real-time MAR updates so caregivers always have accurate information· Participate in medication review committees
· Experience in fast-paced, high volume pharmacy setting· Immunization certification· Interest in medication therapy management (MTM)
