What We Offer

$18.00/hour starting rate Holiday double-time pay 401(k) with employer match Dental and Vision Medical insurance and Company-paid life insurance (FT Eligible) Voluntary benefits (disability, accident, critical illness) (FT eligible) Paid vacation Available Shifts Evening 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM All positions include every other weekend and holiday requirement unless otherwise noted Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects Document all medication administration in MAR accurately Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma, Medication Technician certification, and CPR/First Aid certification. Experience in senior care or assisted living and diabetes training are also required.
