The LPN provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Shifts Available: On Call; Shift Hours and Days vary as needed
Expected starting wage range is $32.01 - $39.56.
The full wage range goes up to $47.10.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.
The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Telecare Shelton Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) center will provide intensive mental health and psychiatric treatment services in a secure, welcoming and respectful environment for adults experiencing an acute mental health emergency. Shelton Next Steps, a long-term civil commitment acute 16-bed Evaluation & Treatment Center in Thurston County will provide services to individuals experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms and can benefit from more structured services, supports in a secure setting. Telecare currently operates E&T’s in Thurston, Clark, Skagit, Grays Harbor, and Pierce counties, and looks forward to adding the Shelton community to our family.
