As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant with La Vita Bella Home Health, you’ll bring expert care directly to patients where they feel most comfortable—their homes.

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current and valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New Mexico.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
