Perform technical and diagnostic ultrasound scans and ensure proper patient and equipment positioning. Responsible for the processing and transmission of medical images to the PACS system.
Ultrasound Technologist demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required. Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation required. Previous one year (1) experience required.
