Provide safe, age-specific nursing care to patients and families to maintain optimal health status. Perform clinical duties and documentation in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing standards.
Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
Functions in accordance with the professional standards of the Ohio board of nursing.
Completes/submits required documentation.
Delivers effective relationship based nursing care.
Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.
Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.

Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Full time 40 hours per week.
The territory will be: City of Cleveland, Garfield, Shaker Hts., Euclid, Richmond Hts., Cleveland Hts., Mayfield Hts., Beachwood, Pepper Pike, Lyndhurst, University Hts., South Euclid, Bedford, Solon, Maple Hts., Twinsburg, Hudson, Chagrin Falls, Macedonia, Northfield and Pennisula.
30 visits per week.

Requires a valid Ohio or Multi-State Compact LPN license and BLS certification. Completion of an accredited practical nurse program is required, with 2+ years of experience for Level II candidates.
