Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) Provide direct patient care focused on improving daily living skills, fine motor function, and upper extremity rehabilitation Document patient progress, treatment notes, and goal updates accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to adjust and progress patient care plans Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming therapy environment Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives
