Provides pastoral, crisis, and bereavement care to patients, families, and colleagues through visitation and support activities. Conducts worship services and manages assigned goals under the direction of the Director of Pastoral Care.

These services are provided during the staff member's assigned shift and on-call rotations for nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Staff members are subject to recall as needed.
The position is under the general supervision and direction of the director of Pastoral Care.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor's degree, a Master of Divinity, and 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education. Candidates must have at least one year of service in a Southern Baptist institution and a valid driver's license.
