Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at Peaceful Pines of Mitchell in Mitchell, SD, and we're building our therapy team from the ground up. This position will start PRN with the potential to grow into Part-time or Full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing outpatient program while delivering individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment

What You’ll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional performance Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment response to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients on exercises and home programs Complete timely documentation Contribute to a positive, patient-centered outpatient experience
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
