Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with patients and coworkers. Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify functional limitations and establish individualized treatment plans. Develop measurable, patient-centered goals and evidence-based plans of care. Deliver high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other evidence-based interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians in accordance with Virginia practice standards and company policies. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, insurance providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain productivity standards while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment. Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain current clinical knowledge and skills.
raduated from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program. Current or eligible for Virginia Physical Therapist licensure. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills or a desire to develop them through mentorship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
