8/4 & 8/5. 8am-5pm.
Set up and prepare the mobile clinic space within corporate environments to support employee wellness initiatives. Conduct general wellness examinations. Review patient health history and current concerns. Provide preventive care guidance and health education. Perform blood draws (venipunctures) as needed. Refer patients for follow-up care when appropriate. Review lab results via telehealth consultations, $100/hr telemedicine lab review hours. Document encounters according to clinical standards.
Must hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in KY. Certification as FNP, FNP-C, FNP-BC, or ACNP (preferred). Active basic life support (BLS/ ACLS) CPR certification required. A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met. Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room preferred. Must be able to perform phlebotomy. Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently. Focused on preventive medicine and patient education. Must bring a personal laptop or tablet to each shift to complete electronic charting and documentation. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional care standards. Must be able to reliably commute to Shepherdsville, KY.
