What You Will Do Perform aesthetic consultations and deliver injectable treatments (neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid and biostimulator fillers) within your training and California scope of practice.
Build and retain a loyal patient book through natural-looking results, honest education, and consistent follow-up.
Grow into the wellness side of the practice, including medical weight management, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and peptides, as the program expands.
Develop personalized treatment plans, obtain informed consent, and keep accurate EMR documentation per protocol.
What We Need Active California NP or PA license in good standing. PA candidates should have, or be able to obtain, a Delegation of Services Agreement with the medical director. Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, comfortable working independently from day one. Comfort practicing within medical-director oversight and established protocols, with a clear escalation path. A DEA registration (or willingness to obtain one), medical weight-management or hormone experience, biostimulator and advanced-filler skill, and familiarity with Allergan, Galderma, and Revance product lines are all strong advantages.
Schedule + Compensation $65–$75/hr commensurate with experience, plus a 5% commission on services, a production bonus, and full-time benefits including a medical contribution and a retirement plan. This is a full-time, on-site role with Saturday flexibility for occasional events and pop-ups. Your earnings grow with the patient book you build. About the Opportunity
